Sustainability

People across the world are becoming increasingly concerned about climate change: 8-in-10 people see climate change as a major threat to their country, with food production being responsible for one-quarter of the world greenhouse gas emissions.

Our food and drink choices have a significant impact on our carbon footprint, in our workplace and at home. By looking our behaviours, we can choose to make a positive impact on reducing the carbon footprint the food we make has.

Zero Waste Recipes

There are many ways we can combat food waste, from composting left-overs to ordering class b (wonky) fruit and veg.

Our Waste Zero booklet looks at how we can use the parts of fresh produce that that in the past have been discarded – like apple peel and broccoli stems!

We also recycle our oil

All our oil is recycled through Olleco who re-purpose it by creating bio-fuel.
